WHY AM I LOOKING AT WIND?

I have been trying to find a solution to reduce the need to depend on running the costly generator.

Being a weather forecaster from way back. I realised that often, but not always, when it rains it is often associated with wind. Particularly if a depression moves over, the winds increase.

So, I started to look around on the web. But I still have not found a satisfactory solution and will explain why.
