Before I talk about the Voice, I wanted to explore the background of constitutions, racial discrimination and the fore runners of those things. So, I started with the Magna Carta. I also studied the writings of philosophers like John Locke and Voltaire. I presented the dilemma of the “Tragedy of the Commons”. All this set the background for my appraisal of the voice and it’s 3 pillars. I also present the current activities in native title and the heritage act, which show a disturbing picture. My conclusion is that we are facing a very worrisome outcome and I urge everybody to be safe and vote NO. Then I examined alternate government systems and I recited mankind’s historical actions, like religious conflicts, colonialism, racism, and I asked the questions does democracy work and does multiculturalism work.
